A: Parallel Canvas is a trendy women’s fashion brand based in the USA, founded in January 2025. Our mission is to provide stylish, high-quality fashion at affordable prices for every woman.

Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept only PayPal now.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at support@parallelcanvas.com. Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can also track the package on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the USA, including: All 50 states, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We only ship to addresses within the USA.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:Flat shipping rate: $8.00 for the orders under $75
B:Free shipping on all orders over $75
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch. Please note that holidays or unforeseen events may cause delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 business days (Mon–Fri) of delivery if items are:
Unworn and in original condition
With original tags and SKU-labeled packaging
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email us at support@parallelcanvas.com with your order number and reason for the return. For damaged items, include clear photos.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: Yes! You can request an exchange for a different size or color by following the return steps. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, the following are final sale and non-returnable:

Refunds
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days (Mon–Fri) for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.
Shipping Issues
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or carrier problems. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@parallelcanvas.com with your order number, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: You may request an address change before your order is processed by contacting support@parallelcanvas.com or via WhatsApp at +1 307 2630659. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
